Homeowners gathered for the General Membership Assembly and General Elections last January 27, 2018 at the Eastville social hall.
The previous board, headed by Atty. Ronald Valles, delivered their report which highlighted accomplishments such as putting up a social hall, constructing a swimming pool, facilitating the transfer for water utilities from Filinvest Land to Manila Water, and winning the Court of Appeals case against Filinvest Land concerning the developers’ accountabilities to the subdivision.
The assembly also successfully held elections for new board members. The new elected board members met shortly after the assembly to elect officers.
The 2018-2020 Board of the Directors are:

- Treasurer – Mr. Val Garcia
