- Filing of Candidacy: October 1 to 31, 2022
- Election Day: November 12, 2022
Qualifications
Department Order No. 2021-007 Series of 2021
Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA No. 9904 (Magna Carta)
- Must be a Filipino citizen;
- Must be of legal age;
- Must be a member in good standing as of three (3) months prior to the date of election;
- Must be an actual resident of the subdivision; and
- Has not been convicted by final judgment of an offense involving moral turpitude.
