Starting January 2018, our homeowner’s dues will be as follows:
- Homes with lot area 250 sqm or less: Php 450/month
- Homes with lot area of more than 250 sqm: Php 600/month
Vacant lot dues will also increase to Php 2/sqm.
The increase will help us cope with the rising costs of operations and security. Please settle your dues on time to avoid issues.
Avail of 1 month discount if you pay for the whole year on or before February 28, 2018.
