The Social Hall comfortably seats 60 to 70 persons with tables and chairs and caterer set-up. Seating only capacity is at 100 persons maximum.

- Complimentary 2 hours ingress, 1 hour egress
- Refundable rental bond – P1,000
- Excess hours – P1,000/hour
- Night surcharge (beyond 5PM) – P500/hour
