Here is the copy of the HSAC decision on Case No. HOA-A-240324-0529 (Adriatico vs. Valles et al). The appeal by Valles et al has been granted and the February 27, 2024 decision was reversed and set aside. The complaint filed by Adriatico on July 1, 2022 has been dismissed without prejudice.
